I've been a stay at home mom for a year now, and one thing I've learned is that I need structure to my day. If I don't follow some kind of plan it just seems like the day drags on and on and by the end of the day, I feel like I wasn't the best or most productive parent I could have been. Most toddler schedules I found on Pinterest didn't quite hit the nail on the head for our lifestyle, so I decided to create a custom schedule. We spend a lot of time outside taking care of the animals and the property in addition to the endless supply of dishes and laundry, so this schedule allows enough time for all of those items. Don't be surprised if this schedule isn't perfect for you, just as every child is different, every household has its own unique set of responsibilities. Feel free to tweak this schedule as needed to fit your family's busy lifestyle.
